We at I&J have devoted ourselves to finding the most flavorful and satisfying sausage. We have tried every type of sausage we can get our hands on from Bratwurst, Andouille, Blutwurst, Polish Sausage, Italian Sausage, Kielbasa, and various others down to the average hot dog. But not once did we taste anything compared to our home made Boerewors or translated “farmers sausage”.

Our father had his own family recipe and made it for us frequently. He has won various competitions with this outstanding recipe. We couldn’t find this sausage anywhere in the U.S and we couldn’t stand the thought of people going without tasting something so flavor filled and satisfying any longer.

We offer the original recipe and a dried portable version of it called Droewors. Both are made carefully by hand to gaurantee a gourmet experience to our consumers.
